Augustana College

Augustana College

Augustana College educates the whole person. Founded in 1860 by Swedish settlers, Augustana College is a selective, independent college of the liberal arts and sciences, enrolling about 2,500 undergraduate students. Our home is a beautiful, 115-acre campus adjacent to the Mississippi River in Illinois. We’re a Phi Beta Kappa school and admission here is generally rated as "more selective." Our student-faculty ratio is approximately 12 to 1.
